1. Subject to our Terms and Conditions, orders will be supplied as shown on the customer’s order confirmation, which will be displayed on our website and also provided to the customer by email.
2. Delivery Timeframes and Costs
1. Konsalz.com.au ships to addresses within Australia and to post-box addresses.
2. Konsalz.com.au currently does not ship outside of Australia.
3. We will use our best endeavours to deliver orders within the stated delivery timeframes. However, our courier service providers may experience delays beyond our control. Deliveries may take up to 30 days for standard and express shipping. Specific products may have their own delivery time frames which will be displayed on the product pages. You should check the product pages for these details.
4. Standard and express shipping are subject to different fees and charges. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders and the order eligibility for express shipping will be confirmed at checkout. Specific goods, including voluminous, heavy and bulky items or special orders may be subject to additional charges. All shipping charges will be displayed to the customer at checkout.
5. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
6. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

This chart is a guide only. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of weight and size of the order along with the shipping address and may vary. Shipping times are an estimate only.
3. Delivery and Tracking Procedures
1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. For goods sold by Konsalz.com.au, some orders may not require customer signature and will be left in a safe place at the customer’s delivery address in accordance with our courier service providers’ standard practices. A signature may be required for some deliveries depending on the individual product requirements. The customers are responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept delivery.
4. Delays and Lost Parcels
We will not be responsible:
1. for late delivery where the delay has been caused due to delays in delivery of the products to us or our customers by the suppliers of the products;
2. for late delivery where the delay has been caused due to delays in delivery by our courier service providers;
3. for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery time-frames;
4. for lost or missing parcels that have been signed for at the customers’ selected delivery address (regardless of whether or not the customer has personally accepted delivery);
5. for lost or missing parcels left at the customers’ chosen location where the customers have expressly given authority to leave with the item's carrier.
